CANCELLATION POLICY
No refunds. All sales are final unless otherwise stated. WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO REF– USE SERVICE. Your money will be refunded to you if service is refused. All readings require a 24 hour advance booking. A 24 hour advance notice or cancellation is required for any reading that needs to be rescheduled. Failure to do so is a forfeiture of your purchase. This service is provided for entertainment purposes only and no guarantees are implied or stated.
COACH/CLIENT RELATIONSHIP
The service provided by the coach to the client is spiritual coaching, as designed jointly with the client. The coach may address specific personal projects, business successes or general conditions in the client's life or profession. Other coaching services may include identifying plans of action, examining modes of operating within the industry, career consulting, asking applicable questions, and making relevant requests. The client acknowledges that his/her full cooperation and disclosure is necessary for maximum progress in coaching sessions.
The client acknowledges that his/her participation in the activities listed above is strictly a voluntary decision, and the services offered by Mels Angel Therapy are in no way considered to be therapy or counseling. The client further acknowledges and agrees that Mels Angel Therapy shall not be held liable for any advice or consulting that may take place as a result of the activities listed above. If the client believes the coaching is not working as desired, the client will take responsibility for communicating this to the coach and work toward finding a mutually acceptable solution.
CONFIDENTIALITY
All information disclosed to the client in Mels Angel Therapy sessions, including but not limited to: Mels Angel Therapy curricula, techniques, advice, materials, exercises, activities, and strategies, are the property of Mels Angel Therapy and shall not be communicated to third parties. All information provided by the client shall be kept strictly confidential by the coach and relevant Mels Angel Therapy staff within the limits of the law. Should the client or coach choose to disclose or disseminate information regarding coaching sessions externally for the purposes of education, marketing, and/or publicity, a signature will be required from both the client and the applicable coach.
